to use media in netbackup

Hi All

 we have successfully configured the tape library in Netbackup. this library was earlier used with CA brghtstore Arcserve and tape inside it as well..

Now we have configured this tape library with NBu master server and all looks fine.

But we have to use media in present in tape library in netbackup, please suggest how can I use those media in netbackup.
