Backup exec 2012 trouble

Hello,

We have a strange issue with BE 2012 and Virtual Machines GRT backup.

During a scheduled job, the job hangs and it will never finish. Total size is around 1.2TB for 8 VMs.

After cancelling the job, the job stays on cancel pending. The only way to cancel it is to restart the backup exec services.

All seems to work after this but the next scheduled backup may also fail and the only thing left to do is reset the server.

After rebooting the server there are no clear errors messages in the failed jobs, other than the job was canceled.

All the other backups runs fine (SQL and physical servers).

We do backup to disk and deduplication to tape, full backup once a week and diff on weekdays.

Any help would be appreciated.
