Opscenter 7.5 AT service down

Hi All,

I open a case to Symantec and I did the recommendations base on the technote that Symantec support provided to be able to up the AT service.

I encountered an error in the second command.

1. Configured Authentication service to start in Root + Authentication Broker (AB) mode 3

/opt/VRTSat/bin/vssat showbrokermode    showed mode 0 ( not configured)
/opt/VRTSat/bin/vxatd -a -r -o start Authentication service is root + AB mode
/opt/VRTSat/bin/vssat showbrokermode  is now 3 (Root + AB  broker mode as expected)

We did a webex session but it wasn't resolve the issue Support just collected logs for further analysis.
