SSR 2013 MS: Error in Telemetry Data

Hi guys,

I have a test lab set up with a copy of SSR 2013, SQL Server 2008 and the SSR Management Solution. The MS worked fine when first configured, but when i've tried to get back into it since, i've seen the "Error in Telemetry Data" error. I've followed the suggested solution noted in this tech note a few times: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&pmv=print&impressions=&viewlocale=&id=TECH201805, but this does not solve the problem.

Any help/pointers would be appreciated.
