NetBackup FT backup-restoration

Hi,

I'm implementing LAN free backup options for some client server in our NetBackup infrastcture. I've a windows Netbackup 7.5.0.3 master server and RHEL NetBackup 7.5 media server. The media server, two tape library (4 drives, 3 robots) and one client server(Solaris 10) are zoned to communicate each other through FC. Testing flat file backup and it happening through FC. But when I'm trying to open the restore windows for restoration, firstly it takes more time to open and then getting "Error: Pipe Close Failed" box.
