I need a solution
Master/Media server windows 2008 RS New build
Netbackup 7.5.0.2
Server worked before update. Client was at 6.5.5 but I upgraded it to 7.5 to see if that helped.
Server is windows 2003.
When Backup, Archive, and restore comes up I can see all the backups and I can see last nights backup up fine, I can search for files etc.
As soon as I click on something. Today, last week, last year I get a "Warning: Unable to obtail list of files using specified search criteria."
Most server are working with no issues.
I ran a BPiamgelist and got this.
C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>bpimagelist.exe -client uns40-49

So there is something there.
We just installed the IBM VTL last week
I have ran other restores that have come from the VTL with no issues.
All backups going to this new IBM VTL are using a sotrage life policies.
First the jobs backup to the new VTL retention at most a month
Next they Duplicate to tape retention between a week, and inifinity
Retention is based of the need for the info.
I have tried adding the server to the click attributes just for testing and that didn't seem to help.
