change subject in blat

Hi,

I have configured BLAT and its working fine.

My issue is that the subject line in mail dosent show my full server name

Eg; If my host name is  SERVERNAME111

After successful backup, In subject line it shows as " backup on SERVERNAME11 - 0" 

Problem is that i have server names similar like

SERVERNAME111

SERVERNAME112

SERVERNAME113

so what happens is that, all backup messages for different servers come under on single mail,

Can any pls sujjest me to change my subject line to some thing like

"backup successful on SERVERNAME111"
