Frequency of 1 hour is set for archive backup but it did not working.

Hi,

Today i have 10 archive jobs of different clients failed with error 48 after some time i manually initiated the job it ran fine.

I have 2 question here:

1) i have run through Ping, bpclntcmd, bpbkar, eventvwr, i unable to find the reason for the failure...Please help me to find the reason.

2) after i manually initiate the archive jobs, next time onwards it should run as per the frequecy that is every 1 hour, but it did not happened

Note: the one hour frequency is not working for those 10 clients only and rest of the archives are running as per the schedule.

Please provide the soultion, what could be the reason.

I have updated the policies using nbpemreq -updatepolicies command but it did not worked.
